Current Shipping Policy

- Our current shipping times are 7-10 business days. (Monday- Friday) All items are made to order, meaning they are made after an order is placed.

Shipping Methods

- Standard shipping is the cheapest option, which comes with tracking, but no insurance. Meaning if a package gets lost, usps will not cover it, and it is a loss. I am not responsible for replacing, or giving money back for lost packages. 

- USPS priority is the best option. It is a couple dollars extra, but has insurance for up to $100. 

Again, i am not responsible for lost packages. Once i drop them off at the post office, it is out of my hands....literally.

Porch Pick Up

- Porch pick up times are currently the 7-10 business days. Once you receive you "ready for pickup" email, you can come whenever is most convenient for you, between the times of 9AM-9PM. Please do not knock on my door. I have kids and dogs, and they will all go crazy!

Made to Order?

- Made to order, means that after the order is placed, I start making the earrings, and processing time starts. 

- Doing this will save me on time, forcing me to only be making what is being purchased, and leaving little to no waste. it also saves on money, earring posts, supplies, and so on. With now having 3 kids, I have no time to waste, so i think this will be super beneficial.

Earring Care Instructions

- Polymer clay is a lightweight and durable material, but should be handled gently and with care.

• If earrings are dropped, or stored incorrectly, your earrings may break or become damaged
• If your earrings get dirty or stained by makeup, I suggest taking a q-tip and getting it damp with nail polish remover (anything with acetone) and gently rubbing it in the stained area. (be careful if your earrings have raised detailing, like flowers, ect.)  Good as new!  
• If your earrings are resin coated, or acrylic, it is okay to take a baby wipe to wipe them.
• I highly recommend storing your earrings in the box you received them in, or in any safe place. DO NOT store them in a place like your car, where temperature fluctuates, because that can damage or break your earrings overtime.
• It may be tempting to test the durability of your earring...but I'm telling you now...just don't.
• Honestly, your earrings are not as delicate as you may think, they can handle a bit, but handle them with care, to ensure a long life.

Item says sold out?

- When I release new earrings on the "weekly release" section, it is first come, first serve. I may not restock them again unless it is a highly requested style. I do not love making the same thing over and over again, so just be quick. I try my best to make everyone happy!

Weekly Release Items

-All new earrings are dropped here almost bi-weekly. These items have a cap, meaning they are limited quantity, and have the potential to sell out and not return. Do not miss out and keep up to date when drops happen by subscribing to emails, or follow my Instagram, or Facebook page.

Always Available Items

- These are styles that are more "simple" and can be worn probably more regularly.... (there are no rules) but I like to have these available for a longer time period. I may rotate these items here and there, but will give a heads up in my stories, via Instagram. There are no rush to get to these, like the weekly release items.
